Shipping Policy

We try to ship all orders within  1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Smaller items with total weight up to 5kg are sent via Express Post with tracking.  For larger and heavier items most orders are shipped via Australia Post, unless otherwise stated, required, or requested by the customer. Some items of extra size and/or weight will be assessed additional shipping charges. You will be notified of these charges beforehand. Orders shipped outside of Australia will have the shipping quoted separately by email.
All customs and duties fees on international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
